Two halls, separated by a metal wall
The production building is split by process: shot blasting on one side, surface preparation and painting on the other. The metal wall between them keeps blasting dust out of the hall where the coating is applied.

One chamber, two abrasive systems
Steel is blasted with grit, shot or corundum, aluminium with silicon oxide. The equipment collects, separates and returns the two abrasives through the hose to the part being blasted, so both materials are processed in the same 18 × 6 × 7 metre chamber.
Two combined painting and drying booths
Preparation and painting share the second hall, so a structure is prepared on the clean side of the metal wall and moved straight into the booth. Both booths combine application with drying, which means the structure is coated and dried in the same position. Central dust extraction serves the preparation stations, and pneumatic platforms carry the operators in all three directions, so any part of the work surface can be reached.
