Our manufacturing process is making complete business solutions based on top quality products with the application of world-leading technologies in the Railway & Hi-Tech industry.
Production of carbody components for rail vehicles and welding jigs

AMM Manufacturing produces complete carbody assembly, as well as carbody sub-assemblies, such as underframes, roofs, sidewalls, intermediary floors, and various single components. Also, the focus of our work is on the development, design and production of welding jigs. Materials that are used for the production are mainly aluminum and steel.

We also design and produce all the tools for the needs of our logistics as well as the development of solutions for the transport of all components that come out as a finished product from our production facilities.

CNC machining

CNC department is fully equipped with advanced machines covering the entire process from design & development to complete part production per customer requirements. We offer close tolerance CNC Milling, Drilling, Tapping and Turning on state-of-the-art Precision Machining equipment. We commonly work with a wide range of materials suited to different industries such as rail, aerospace, and hi-tech. We are specialized in both short and long-run productions and prototypes. The many parts of a locomotive or a car body shell are made in the CNC machining section. These parts may be structural members, ribs, bolsters or panels.

Welding department

The welding department, equipped with modern machines operated by the specialized workforce, comprises the following welding processes as Metal Inert Gas (MIG), Metal Active Gas (MAG) and Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG). Inert gases or gas mixtures are used for the shielding gas for MIG welding. Typical inert gases used for MIG welding are argon and helium. These gases are usually used for MIG welding of aluminum and other non-ferrous metals.

Friction Stir Welding (FSW) department

Our innovative FSW technology is a solid-state joining process that uses frictional heat generated by a rotating tool to join materials. Applications are mostly used railway, aerospace, and shipbuilding.
